Sophie in Paris

A few months back I landed in Paris with a girlfriend. Normally it’s work. This time it’s all mine. We rode an open-top bus in the sun, rolling past the river and every postcard shot. Warm air on bare shoulders, the city slow and golden. My first real holiday here. I felt it everywhere.
