Lunch with Sandy and Sophie - part 1.

Sandy invited me for lunch. She wanted to cook tuna penne but wasn't sure if I liked it. So we met at the grocery store. Together we walked the aisles, picking out what we needed. After that we headed to her place. I hadn't been there before, so I looked around. Sunlight stretched across the floor. We had a cold glass of fruit juice before we started cooking. We worked side by side. She handled the pasta, I chopped garlic and onions. The smell filled the kitchen. When everything was ready we carried the plates outside. We ate on the porch and let the afternoon sun warm us.
